[wix-users] Stop & Start Service

Let's say, it is not IIS and some other service like SQL or some other
built in service. I want the service to be stopped at the beginning of the
MSI installation and started towards the end of the installation. So, does
it imply that the Stop and Start actions will automatically take care of
this or some custom handling will be required? Please explain.
