[wix-users] Patch Size

I have an MSI which has 4 files. After installation, I can see the size in
Programs and Features as 4 KB. I have a patch where I add another 1 KB file
and modify an existing file but still its size is also 1 KB. Now, after
applying the Patch, I can see the size got increased to 39 KB. Even after I
uninstall the patch, the size doesn't reduce to 4 KB (size before applying
patch). Not sure what is happening here. Can anyone please help me
understand this?
