[wix-users] Component generation from a transform

I have a component element I am generating which contains a user and condition element.
With those constraints in mind, I am not clear how to generate the component correctly.
Placing it within a directoryref or a fragment, with or without a guid or directory attribute
etc.

What are the options available for this conditioned component containing only a user for
placement in harvest generated output?
