[wix-users] Installation path handling between full and basic ui

I didn't notice a preprocessor that defines a company name used in an installation
directory ended in a period (My Company Inc.). When performing a manual installation
with a full UI, the period was stripped from the path and IIS websites whose physical
path was nested with the directory were set correctly.

While performing installations with /qb, the period was stripped from everything
except the IIS physical path, however the util:XmlFile directives correctly modified the
web.config files.

Is that expected given some process change between the two modes?
