[wix-users] Conditionally installing SQLServer

Hello,

My application uses a shared SQL server database. I am expecting that the
customer will use an existing SQL Server, so I'm not expecting to install
SQL Server.
However, I do want to install SQL Express, say for demos and trials.

I'd like to use a custom dialog asking the user if SQL server should be
installed.  How do I get mt custom dialog to show up in the bootstrapper?
