[wix-users] How to downgrade a file to an older version in a patch?

I think you need Schedule="afterInstallInitialize" in your
MajorUpgrade element. This will uninstall the old version first, then
install the new version.

With Schedul="afterInstallExecute" you install the new version, then
uninstall the old version.
