[wix-users] Unauthorized Access exception

Deffered actions can run only in InstallExecuteSequence between InstallInitialize and InstallFinalize actions.And I have to link my custom action with the next button of one of my UI screen. Kindly help

How can i run my msi with full elevated permissions?
