[wix-users] Is there a way to allow major upgrade if version is the same but product code is different?

The BA includes .NET 4.5.2, x64 and x86 versions of a third party MSI, and
x64 and x86 versions of our product MSI.
Is AllowSameVersionUpgrade support in wixstdba an issue that can be raised
and tracked?
