[wix-users] The system cannot open the device or file specified, .Error on Large size MSI

Well not exactly... This 2GB limitation applies to a single cab file.

In my first example the msi is 5.3 GB big with 13 cab file inside and is
working fine.

In my second example the msi is 10.3 GB big and has 25 cab file inside and
the MSI is NOT working because of that error.

each cab file does not exceed 2GB.
