[wix-users] Bundle Installerror 0x8007051b

Hi,

I am trying to install a bundle Setup but it always results in the same error.
The Wixversion used to build the setup is v3.9.1006.0

I am not sure what can cause this error maybe someone can help me out.

Clearing the package cache folder by hand doesn’t solve the problem as well.
