[wix-users] Torch error while building language transforms

It has been a while since I used torch, but looking at an old project, I also used the ' -t language' switch.

Hi,

1. I have set cultures to build in VS build settings to en-US;ja-JP
2. got 2 msis into different folders (named with LanguageIds)
3. ran the torch :
Torch.exe en-US\testsetup.msi ja-JP\testsetup.msi -o ja-JP.mst

getting the an error TRCH0228 : the codepages of outputs do not match. one
code page is '1252' and other codepage is '932'

and followed by other error TRCH0029

but still the .mst file is being generated, so what am i doing wrong here?
can anyone please point me?
