[wix-users] Restart after bundle

In the OnApplyComplete handler return Result.Restart (assuming that you previously tested the Bootstrappers's Restart object (and Display object) to determine that a restart is allowed).  The src code for the WiXStdBA is a good example of how to do these steps.

I want to restart the computer after the installation(bundle) has finished.

I couldn't find much on the internet and restarting after the last package resulted in the bundle never finishing.
