[wix-users] Uninstall/Change button in ARP

Thanks for the answers. I guess this is only possible with a bundle then, unless you hack the registry within an MSI.

AFAIR for MSIs this cannot be changed easily. A Burn bundle here registers own logic so Uninstall/Change possible.
