[wix-users] Burn NetFx46Redist

Hi,

I am not sure if this could be a bug.
I try to use the netfx extension with burn and NetFx461Redist but I always get an unresolved symbol error.
I use VS2015 Update 2 (14.0.25123.00) and the current 3.10.3.3007 binaries.

Looking at the source code I can see that the NetFx461.wxs file is missing in the 3.10.3 Branch.

Is there a reason that it was not merged into the 3.10.3 Branch? It seems to be available in the develop branch.
