[wix-users] error LGHT0001: Failed to save resource. Error: 87

The reason I provided the link for the other error first was to rule out
if they are related.  As Rob states, it is possible that a failed Icon
extraction could be the cause of an ignored rollback boundary.  If on
the other hand, replacing the icon fixes error 87, but the rollback
boundary is still ignored, then you need to consider fixing both.
