[wix-users] Downgrade version issue

Hi,

I generated Log file while installing previous version and found following
thing:

Disallowing installation of component:
{B7700F89-E56B-4F1D-BFCF-77C0E8662410} since the same component with higher
versioned keyfile exists

So how to unDisallow ? :)
