What does the bundle log file say about the restart then? Bundle should only restart after reboot if you had a force restart in the middle of the chain.

Return restart?
That might be the problem, i only have the following code in one of my MSI files to make the reboot happen:
<InstallExecuteSequence>
        <ScheduleReboot After="InstallFinalize"/> </InstallExecuteSequence>

What should i do for the return restart?
