[wix-users] NetFX Eula Links seem to be broken

The links for the following NetFX installs seem to be broken:

4.5.1: http://wixtoolset.org/licenses/netfx451
4.5.2: http://wixtoolset.org/licenses/netfx452
4.6 : http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=558772

Also, a pull request (#324) for netfx 4.6.1 was recently accepted and is
pointing to the Microsoft Reference Source License (
http://referencesource.microsoft.com/license.html).  Is that correct?  I
believe that's intended for the public source code not for the deployment
of the .net framework.

In any case, how does one find the correct EULA for a specific .net
framework version?
