[wix-users] Registry prepend value not updated

Any chance your MSI is actually updating the 32bit [HKLM\
System\Wow6432Node\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e967-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}]
registry key? Is your MSI component marked with Win64="yes"?
