[wix-users] .Net Quiet Mode

Jacob, when you say 'If you don't have .Net installed, how would you expect
your MBA to run?'

The .Net 'is' installed (im testing on Windows 7 and it has at least .Net
3.5) My app needs .Net 4.6 so why cant the MBA run on 3.5 and the MBA
install 4.6?
