[wix-users] Transform bootstrapper command line parameters

Hi All,

My application passing command line parameters to EXE installer as it was
built with InnoSetup - /PAR=Value. Is there a way to read and transform such
format parameters and set Burn variables and properties to pass them
internally to each msi package?
