[wix-users] upgrade NOT detected

After some investigation: 
Our upgrade code is - C8B79F8C-2950-4275-A5B8-F7B5905B6D39
The upgrade code on the bad machine is - C8F97B8C-0592-5724-5A8B-7F5B09B5D693

It looks like its mirror code-d,
How is this possible?

We retrieved the upgrade code from the registry.

Hi everyone,

We wrote an upgrade (major) to our product, and for some reason on one of the machines the upgrade was NOT detected:
Why could this happen?

It's worth mentioning that we use burn to bundle our products with a couple of prerequisites and to use an MBA.
One of the prerequisites is .Net 4.6.1 which requires a restart before the MBA is started.

Bad machine:

No WIX_UPGRADE_DETECTED on the bad machine. Why could this be?
