[wix-users] Does WIX support Arabic right-to-left?

Hello,
I use light.exe with the -cultures:ar-sa switch. The dialog of the installer appears in Arabic, but not right-to-left. How to make dialogs appear correcly right-to-left?

I use the following standard dialogs:
<UIRef Id="WixUI_Minimal" />
<UIRef Id="WixUI_ErrorProgressText" />
(see screenshot).
