[wix-users] How to launch EXE file under current user account?

In addition, from a StackOverflow page,  here is a way to launch the exe
directly:

    <CustomAction Id="LaunchApp"
              Directory="INSTALLDIR"
              ExeCommand="[SystemFolder]cmd.exe /C MyExe.exe"
              Impersonate="yes" />

    <InstallExecuteSequence>
      <RemoveExistingProducts Before="InstallInitialize" />
      <Custom Action="LaunchApp" After="InstallFinalize" />
    </InstallExecuteSequence>
