[wix-users] Uninstalling patch2 removes patch1

Dear All,

We use WiX 3.8 to build MSI & Patches. Recently we are facing an issue with
patches. Details below:
We have
Product A 1.0.0.0
Patch 1 V1.0.1.0
Patch 2 V1.0.2.0

Patch Family: ProductAPatches
Version numbers are used for sequencing
Supersede is NO

Installed ProductA, then Patch2 and then Patch1. Installation is
successful. If Patch2 is removed then it's removing Patch1 also.
Expectation is that it restores patch1.

If the Patches are installed in order i.e. Patch1 and then Patch2, removing
patch2 restores patch1.

Any advice, hints regarding this?
