[wix-users] Need help with making custom dialog launch SetupTypeDlg

I'll answer my own question:

The SetupTypeDlg does not like the value in property "ProductID".

Code: <Publish Event="NewDialog" Value="SetupTypeDlg">ProductID</Publish>

Fix:
Change property "ProductID to the number "1" and the SetupTypeDlg launches.
