Just for an experiment, did you try to uninstall it using msiexec command
line i.e.
msiexec /x {YourMSIProductCode} /log UnInstall.log
e.g. from log above,
msiexec /x {19088323-FCA5-4A9C-9376-7CDEB918E59E} /log UnInstall.log
