[wix-users] How to Burn sign with SHA1 and SHA2?

>From 2016 we are the MSI and Burn signed with a SHA2 certificate.
But Windows Vista and Server 2008 do not support SHA2 code signing.
An inquiry at Microsoft has revealed that support for SHA2 will also not
patched.

How can I bootstrapper (burn) sign with SHA1 and SHA2?
We currently use Insignia for signing burn. (
