[wix-users] Wix installer with VS2012 Request

Dear sir,
Hoping you will be fine.

I would like to ask few queries related to Wix Installer development.
I am gonna be develop an installer that will fulfill the below 
requirement as per my web application: Please go though the points step 
by step as given below and give me a favor :
1. Adding custom dialogue with user input and authorize the user by our 
application logic for his input value to proceed in next step otherwise 
prompt the user to exit from the installer.
2. Adding prerequisites  and components mandatory to launch our 
application on system.
3.After successfully installation of components, will redirect to add 
database and script execution (If already exists overrides also the 
scheme and tables.)
4.Configure the web application in IIS 7.0/7.5 with port and other 
coping files in inetpub  folder in directory.

Will you please give me a favor on all of these queries and let me 
confirm our wix installer having functionality to do all these things or 
not.
Your suggestions are always welcome and your guidance for me will be a 
milestone for me to develop installer for my web application.
