[wix-users] WebError element (IIS Extension)

WebError elements require a SubCode field. The documentation says that one can set 0 to get the wildcard. However, some HTTP status codes use a subcode of 0, for example 500.0 means "Module or ISAPI error occurred". How does one use WebError with specifically those subcodes?
