[wix-users] Elevating permissions when double clicking the MSI

I think you need to redesign msiexec.exe and the OS shell for that to happen.  I don't think wix is involved, but maybe someone else has an idea.

I want to be able to get the elevated permissions on double clicking the MSI itself rather than having to wait till file copy starts.
Is it possible using wix?
