[wix-users] rundll32.exe running at 100% CPU after running a wix installer?

Actually found out what was causing it. I was using heat to generate fragments for large sets of files and the number of components was causing the issue. I Used a transform to merge the components under a shared directory together and this removed the issue.

As far I know, rundll32.exe is used to called some function from a dll.
Looks like, in your installer, may be a custom action dll is used with some code eating CPU.
Do you have the Wix installer code?
