[wix-users] Burn Protocol for ExePackage Usage

Michael,

You have InstallCommand="/q /norestart /ACTION=Install" but there is
no slash in front of ACTION in RepairCommand and UninstallCommand. Was
/ACTION=Install intentional for InstallCommand?
