[wix-users] install wix to Visual Studio 2013

I have seen several threads on this topic.  However, adding the templates to VS2013 and adding the toolset to the Help/About always seems to be predicated on having had WiX installed with a previous version of VS.

I have VS2013 Ultimate.  I installed WiX 3.7 (because that's what's available on VSO build).  How do I get the templates to appear and enable integration with the build dependency engine?
