[wix-users] [Windows 10] Unable to print the EULA to pdf from LicenseAgreement dialog

This issue only happens on Windows 10 for us...

If I run the installer and click on the 'Print' button on the
LicenseAgreement dialog, the windows 'Print' dialog shows up (correctly). I
choose to print to pdf, browse to the target file to create, and click
"OK", but nothing happens. No pdf is actually created.

There's no helpful information in the PrintEula custom action logs:

Also, our MSI was built using WiX 3.8.

Any ideas?
