[wix-users] MSICLIENTUSESEXTERNALUI property?

Windows Installer. It's an internal, undocumented Windows Installer thing. Just like CLIENTUILEVEL, CLIENTPROCESSID and probably many other things we haven't noticed.

In my Burn-driven installation, the Burn log does not mention the property, however in the MSI logs I get:

MSI (s) (18:8C) [16:09:46:032]: Command Line: (many other properties) CLIENTUILEVEL=3 MSICLIENTUSESEXTERNALUI=1 CLIENTPROCESSID=2528

So who sets it at that point?
