[wix-users] how to call a c# custom action from a dll which is installed along with the product

my installer has this c# dll, the code require some supporting dlls to me
present at the same location in order to work. I was trying to see how to
do it. Obviously i have seen how to run an exe that is installed in the
machine so i thought may be i can call a CA from a dll that was deployed by
the product.
