[wix-users] Multiple installs on the same environment

I'm working on moving an installer created with InstallShield to WIX. One of the features that needs to be supported is multiple installs of the same application.
After the install is done, running again the install will automatically display the Repair/Uninstall mode.
How can I provide a dialog to allow the user what to do: Install or Upgrade and existing instance?
