[wix-users] Uninstallation do not ask for UAC permissions

Hi,
Thanks for your reply and appologies for the delay in reply.

I tried installing with both admin and non-admin user accounts.
I tried 'InstallPrivileges' with both limited & elevated
Registry keys should create based on the privilage.

Let me know if you need any other info.
