[wix-users] Fwd: Is there no database function to apply msp over MSI?

Hi,

I have an MSI and a corresponding MSP. MSP contains a updated string in
ActionText table. I need to open database and get value of this updated
string. How do I do this. There seems to be no database function to overlay
patch over MSI. I'm looking for something like MsiDatabaseApplyTransform()
which applies a transform over an open MSI database.
