Sorry I solved it! I noticed that image file was accidentally getting corrupted in the build and I suspect it somehow led to installer being bloated (image size was corrupted?).

I tried to search but couldn't find anything. This creates a bit of a problem for us because such a big installer is going to take a lot of space in our Continuous Integration build system.
