Hi everyone,

We just moved to .Net 4.6 and wix 3.10 and we wanted to remove:
<PackageGroupRef Id="NetFx45Redist" />

But I'm not sure how to ensure .Net 4.6 is installed before our WPF MBA will be loaded.
Anybody knows?
