[wix-devs] MsiE2ETests.sln - Update

[Ron Martin]

I think I might have found a fix for this problem, but I haven't been 
able to recreate
the problem after fixing. Nonetheless, I'm passing my findings along, in 
the hope
that someone else can verify my solution. I have submitted the change as 
pull request #184.
