Been trying to get the PR done for storing state in the registry as opposed to a rsm, but the struggle is real.  First was getting some local changes to dutil to be seen by the engine, now trying to build all so that I can verify the change. Is Bal.WixExt not currently compiling or am I don't something wrong?
