[wix-devs] 6176 - Add new element for custom BA data and BE data

I updated the WIP with the new names. I ended up using
BurnAttributeDefinition instead of BurnElementDefinition, and had to reword
most of the documentation since it didn't really make sense when I just
replaced the names.
