[wix-devs] WixGamingExtension

The Windows Game Explorer, which WixGamingExtension supports, was a Windows 7 feature that died an ignominious death by Windows 8. (The underlying interfaces are still present, of course; Windows code never dies, it just gets replaced with something incompatible and "better" - or not.)

So I'm proposing that we archive the https://github.com/wixtoolset/Gaming.wixext repo immediately. Any objections?

Up for question: Should we add a deprecation message to WixGamingExtension In WiX v3.14? I suspect that no product actually shipped using this extension, including the product I originally wrote it for 12 years ago: http://www.joyofsetup.com/2008/04/22/new-wix-feature-gaming-extension/
