[wix-devs] Suggestion: New predefined variable for Burn Bundle: Sha2Supported

We're not taking new features in v3 so I don't see this happening there.

In v4, I'm hoping we can implement
https://github.com/wixtoolset/issues/issues/5539. Then we could add this
kind of search to the Util extension for people to pull in if they need it.
