[wix-devs] 6176 - Add new element for custom BA data and BE data

I'm good with using Bundle going forward. I don't think we have any
existing externally visible names with Burn?

I'm not excited to replace Bootstrapper with Bundle. Would that mean we
would also rename all the BAL BA's? Would we rename the BootstrapperCore
repo as well?
