[wix-devs] MSP unable to replace files

HI

Created a msp over version product-version 7.7.0.30000, and msp version 
is 7.7.0.31000, everything working fine.

But

If msp is created over 7.7.1.30000, *files are not get replaced* (in 
this case msp version is 7.7.1.31000).

Is there any version restriction? why this is happening?

Need help if any one have any idea about this.
