I agree; that's why I suggested they ought to be opt-in. I wasn't attempting to document them or design the feature in the issue.

No, "like when uninstalling an addon bundle repairs its dependent bundle"
is one behavior. What are the other ones? It's not one single behavior we're talking about here.
